What is the cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, this trip is 100% NON REFUNDABLE. If you must cancel for any reason, we will do our best to fill your space and recoup your funds. There is no guarantee your space will be filled by the deadline, so please be aware of the current name change and refund policy.
Can I change the person/people coming with me?

Absolutely! You are allowed one name change for free up until March 20, 2025. Additional name changes during this time period will incur a $50 fee for the second name change and a $100 fee for the third name change. Additionally, any name change requests received between March 21, 2025 and June 9, 2025 will incur a $150 change fee per name change. No more than two changes during this time period. There are no name changes permitted after June 9, 2025. To submit a name change please submit the appropriate form HERE .
What if I need to change or update something in my booking?

Not a problem, any changes you have to your booking, can be updated with the appropriate form HERE... ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER JUNE 9, 2025.
Can I book extra nights?

Yes, However extra nights are only available for the 3 days following the trip (August 11th, 12th and 13th). There are no reservations allowed for stay prior to Big Chill dates. Any changes to your reservation for additional nights prior to the Big Chill, could result in loss of the Big Chill rate or even reserved Big Chill Room
What if my flight schedule has me arrive prior to trip dates?

Great question... Unfortunately, we are unable to book your reservation at the resort prior to the trip dates. However, we suggest booking your stay at the Four Points Sheridan near the airport and we will assist in arranging your transportation to the resort on the trip arrival date.
Are there any excursions included in my trip?

No, we do not have any excursions included. However, we have many excursions available at a 40% reduced rate for your purchase HERE .
What travel documents do I need?

Every traveler will need a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining at time of trip (Must be valid through 02-11-2026 or later). Additionally, each traveler must fill out a Dominican Republic E-Ticket for both entry and departure from the Dominican Republic. You can find the application for these E-Tickets HERE .
Is airfare included in this trip?

No, airfare is not included in this trip. However, we will need your flight itinerary to ensure transportation to and from the airport is coordinated for you.

What is an E-Ticket and why must I obtain one?

An E-Ticket is a document that is mandated by the Dominican Republic Government to enter and depart the country. This form must be filled out 10 days pror in order to gain entry into the country. Each traveler must have both an entry and departure E-Ticket. Families can list each member in thier group on one form for entry and departing tickets. Obtain your E-Tickets HERE .
