What is the cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, this trip is 100% NON REFUNDABLE. If you must cancel for any reason, we will do our best to fill your space and recoup your funds. There is no guarantee your space will be filled by the deadline, so please be aware of the current name change and refund policy.

Can I change the person/people coming with me?

Absolutely! You are allowed one name change for free up until May 20th 2026. If the resort allows a name change after this date, it will be a $100 fee for the name change.

What if I need to change or update something in my booking?

Can I book extra nights?

Accepted Answer

Yes, However extra nights are only available for the 3 days following the trip (July 14th, 15th and 16th). There are no reservations allowed for stay prior to Big Chill dates.  Any changes to your reservation for additional nights prior to the Big Chill, could result in loss of the Big Chill rate or even reserved Big Chill Room

Great question... Unfortunately, we are unable to book your reservation at the resort prior to the trip dates.

No, we do not have any excursions included. However, we have many excursions available at a 70% reduced rate for your purchase HERE .

What travel documents do I need?

Every traveler will need a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining at time of trip

No, airfare is not included in this trip. However, we will need your flight itinerary to ensure transportation to and from the airport is coordinated for you.

Is there a Payment Plan

There is. and for those sing up Prior to March 16th, who chose this option, your total room booking will be broken into three even payments. The first will be at the time of booking, with the second payment March 16 and Third payment on April 16.

Payments must be made on time. You have a three day grace period, after that your room is canceled and you forfeit all funds that you have paid towards the room. No exceptions!
