Complimentary Transport Information
Important information regarding your flights and airport transfers.
FLIGHTS
Airfare is NOT included in the trip price! The closest commercial airport to the hotel is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), approximately 15 miles (25 kilometers) away.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Round-trip airport transfers are included from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) to the hotel on 7 August 2025 Between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. and from the hotel to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) on 11 August 2025 Between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. (Transfers can be coordinated for dates after the trip for those staying extra nights. Please contact the admin via text at (405) 888-8246.

** Prior to trip departure EACH AND EVERY PERSON who wishes to visit the Dominican Republic must complete two application forms for e-Tickets (one for entry and one for departure.) Families can fill out one form for the entire party.

Please note: Transfers are provided only for the airport, dates and times listed above. Itinerary changes will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Failure to provide flight information by 20 July 2025 will result in your party arranging separate transfers at your own expense. NO REFUNDS will be provided for any missed or changed transfers.
Transfers will not provide booster/car seats. If you require one please ensure you bring one.

Failure to provide flight information by the required deadline will result in loss of complementary transportation
Failure to provide E-Ticket upon arrival in the DR will delay and possibly deny entry. (PRINT E-Ticket AND PUT WITH PASSPORTS AHEAD OF TIME)
